The purpose of the project was to translate a real life process, such as the one needed to apply for a master program into a BPMN process diagram that could further be used to optimize the process and run experiments.
The objective of the project was two fold:
To try different mapping tools and chose one that is more suitable to the necessary notations needed.
Fully model the described process as BPMN
Research about the different alternative of BPMN software.
Understand the differences between BPMN 1.0 and 2.0
Model the process from the beginning to end and present the findings to a special commission.
